Client Responsibilities
To enable us to perform services effectively, you agree to:

Important Certificates: A certificate confirms participation or completion criteria, not a guarantee of job outcomes or compliance certification.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Pricing and payment terms are described in the Engagement Agreement or training invoice.

Confidentiality
If we receive confidential information, we will use reasonable care to protect it and use it only to deliver services. Additional confidentiality terms may be included in an NDA or Engagement Agreement.

Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools (hosting, ticketing, training platforms, scanning tools) to deliver services. Their use may be subject to their own terms.
